About Chase Custom Construction
We would like to tell you about myself and my company.
I have been in business for 10 years, with 15 years prior experience. I grew up wood-working with my Grandfather in his boat-building shop, where excellence was the standard of workmanship. I adhere to those standards of quality of workmanship today, and I have built my business based entirely on referrals from satisfied clients.
The members of my crew follow the same high standards and are well qualified. Koren is a journeyman carpenter and Joe is a 3rd year electrician and 3rd year drywaller. A small crew such as mine is an advantage in that each renovation receives my personal, hands-on attention. It also means that the homeowner isn’t deluged by several people tracking in and out and around your home.
A significant benefit is that we do everything i.e. the homeowner is not forced to hire tradesmen separately (electricians, etc.) with the incumbent problems of scheduling the different parts of the job, hold-ups, and conflict between the trades. Feedback from our clients is that our ability to do it all makes a huge difference in all aspects of the renovation, including decreasing the stress involved in a renovation, so that this proves to be a very important quality in a company and is quite hard to find.
I find that often I am the one called in to redo “botched” renovations.
Over time and with experience I have picked up many practical and attractive design and decorating ideas. My clients have found these ideas to be helpful and continue to draw from them.
